Important Note: The packages indicate that the CD includes one free state download. We are quite sure that the state download for 2008 is no longer being supported by Intuit (the manufacturer of Turbotax) for some reason. We presume that the 2006 and 2007 state downloads are still being supported because we haven't heard otherwise-- but we are not 100% sure. The packages we are selling are no different in this regard than any other legitimate packages being sold on Ebay or elsewhere online except our prices are often better.

The 2008 Home & Business package indicates that the State version is included but it appears that for some unknown reason Intuit (the manufacturer of Turbotax) no longer supports the 2008 State downloads for any of their personal tax products. If you want a Turbotax 2006 and 2007 Premier in a nice looking boxes DON'T BUY THIS! If you don't care what the packaging of the Turbotax 2006 and 2007 Premier looks like and want to save money on sealed boxes then BUY THIS! The covers on the 2006 and 2007 boxes have significant damage and look fairly pathetic. Even the inner sealed case of the 2007 Premier may have some noticeable damage. Since the photos shown here are only 2 dimensional photos it may be difficult to visualize the warping, scuff marks, wrinkles or denting which the 2006 and 2007 packages have. The photos are representative of the ugliness of the 2006 and 2007 packages. However the package you get may vary somewhat from the photos shown here.
